  Citigroup Inc. - Irving, TX

  The Functional Analyst works as a liaison among stakeholders in order to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate functional user requirements in support of business channels. The Functional Analyst is also primarily responsible for the creation of As Is/To Be business process maps. The Functional Analyst understands business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and recommends solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals. The Functional Analyst works closely with internal business partners, QA teams, Development teams, Project Managers, Client Services teams and Architecture teams.
