Assistant Project Manager
Location: Arlington, VA
Our Client has completed design-build projects, ground-up buildings, metal wall panel installations, multi-family housing renovations, and all aspects of residential remodeling.
Experience:
. 1-2 years experience.
Strong Microsoft Office skills; Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (should be able to understand formulas and sorting)
Must have previous Microsoft Project experience or very similar scheduling program
Excellent written and spoken English; bilingual in Spanish a plus
Leadership abilities but easy to work with and communicate with
Solid knowledge in construction (commercial construction preferred)
. Must be able to read construction plans.
