OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE MOLDING ITyco Electronics - Jonestown, PAPrimary Responsibilities, Tasks & Deliverables: Must be able to produce a high volume of quality product while achieving strong customer demands and aggressive due dates. Good eye to hand coordination and hand dexterity required. Patience for fine visual inspection using a microscope is also required. Mature interpersonal skills to interact as part of a team is desirable. Must be able to maintain focus since the work is repetitious. Must be able to learn multiple tasks within a work area allowing one to rotate through the various stations. Must develop an understanding of the molding process to minimize scrap.
