Reception Desk Volunteer
Become familiar with Tulsa Garden Center; greet and assist visitors in a welcoming manner at all times; distribute information about the mansion, Woodward park, Gift Shop and Linnaeus Teaching Garden to visitors; receive incoming phone calls in a pleasant and helpful manner and answer basic questions about the Tulsa Garden Center (hours of operation, directions, event information; direct all other calls to the appropriate staff member); keep informational handouts and brochures stocked in foyer; assist with mailings; assist with special projects; provide administrative support; perform other duties as assigned.
