Telecommunications Call Center RepAllegis Group - Nashville, TNOur client, a telecommunications company, is looking a Customer Service Representative who is able to work between the hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. This position is a contract that will last through the end of the year with a possibility of going longer. On a day to day basis, this person will be responsible for -Receiving and processing all customer calls and inquiries -Addressing customer concerns and handling follow-up -Researching and resolving issues in a timely manner -Reviewing daily reports -Entering data for billing and scheduling purposes -Up selling of products and services To be qualified for this position, individuals should have at least two years experience in the Telecommunications industry call center.
