The primary responsibilities include the following: timely and accurate processing of promotional settlements for direct, indirect customers and vendor payments; creating and maintaining spreadsheets to support the creation of customer master and vendor data; maintaining credit memo and check request spreadsheets to document payment requests; validating and authorizing promotional spending.
