Dialysis Nurse Education CoordinatorFresenius - Brooklyn, NYEnsure quality patient care through education of new and existing employees. Provide training in safe, effective delivery of patient care that assures compliance with standards outlined in the facility procedure manual as well as regulations set forth by state and federal agencies. Develop, plan, and implement a program of education for all facility personnel. Develop, schedule, and direct orientation for all direct patient care staff, reuse technical staff, and other facility personnel as required. Develop instructional materials to assist new personnel in becoming oriented to facility and operational techniques. Determine the effectiveness of orientation materials and procedures through direct observation, and in collaboration with the Director of Nursing Services and Medical Director.
