The successful applicant will provide bioinformatics support for two laboratories in the Program in Epitheliail Biology that use high throughput techniques to understand stem cell function, development, cancer, and other biological processes. Technologies currently in use include gene expression arrays, ChIP-chip, mass spectrometry and ultra high throughput sequencing.
