Site Medical Director for Los Angeles EDEmCare - Los Angeles, CAMedical Director provides on-site leadership of the Emergency Departments operations and development and serves as a liaison between EmCare, ED Physicians, medical staff and hospital administration. Medical Director receives a monthly stipend, full medical benefits along with corporate support and training. St Vincent Medical Center is a major transplant center in the heart of downtown Los Angeles. The ED patient population includes high acuity cases and pre or post transplant. ED averages about 30 patients a day, with an estimated annual volume of 9K. Most of patients already have a primary physician at the hospital, allowing a straight forward admitting process.
