Wachovia - Louis, MORESPONSIBILITIES: This is a position in the Client Resolution Unit of the Wachovia Securities Litigation Team. The Client Resolution Analyst is responsible for reviewing complaints received from clients or their counsel to ensure timely and accurate reporting is made to FINRA; to research and resolve customer complaints to ensure that complaints are handled fairly; to identify significant items in terms of potential exposure so that they do not evolve into arbitrations; and to identify and raise up issues requiring remediation within the company.
