Lead SAP AP AnalystAccountants International - Houston, TXA company in the Galleria is looking for a Lead SAP AP Analyst on a direct hire basis. The candidate must possess the following requirements and will be performing the following duties: DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 1) Key A/P invoices into SAP. 2) Responsible for requesting master vendor setup/changes and providing appropriate supporting documentation. 3) Prepare and process accounts payable checks and wire transfers. 4) Be able to research AP system inquiries from plant locations and outside vendors. 5) Process voided checks in SAP. 6) Print, file and maintain all accounts payable documents and reports. 7) Assist in processing year end 1099's. 8) Prepare reconciliation and analysis of accounts, as required. 9) Assist in monthly closings...
