You will prepare NDAs and related agreements and documentation; negotiate revisions to Micron NDAs with legal representatives from other companies; review, revise and negotiate second party NDAs; respond to inquiries concerning existence and status of NDAs through research in our database; and may assist in training Micron personnel regarding NDAs, including preparing PowerPoint training presentations.
