Food PrepNational Employment Solutions - Philadelphia, PAFood Prep needed on staff. The primary responsibility of the Food Prep II position is to provide the highest quality of service to customers at all times. Responsibilities include reading recipes, estimating food requirements, and preparing cold food for salad bar and catered events. Also sets up salad bar, serves guests in cafeteria and assists cooks with preparation of hot food. This position must follow departmental guidelines. The Food Prep position is expected to clean and sanitize work stations and equipment and to follow all Council, client, and regulatory rules and procedures and any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
