Worship Leader
Worship Team Leadership: Recruit and train Worship Team of instrumental and vocal musicians; lead Worship Team in weekly rehearsals and during Sunday morning Contemporary Service, and special Worship services, as requested; celebrate joys and special days, including an intercessory prayer ministry for concerns; establish a sense of belonging, making the Choir personal and not just ministry-business.
