A Retirement Actuarial Consultant works with a team of consultants to deliver customized retirement solutions to clients and address complex issues. To fulfill this role, the Actuarial Consultant: * For larger clients, support the client's primary retirement contact with Mercer * For smaller clients, serve as the client's primary retirement contact with Mercer * Assists with the development and implementation of project work plans, timelines and budgets to ensure client satisfaction * Reviews actuarial and financial results * Interacts with clients on a daily basis and manages client presentations * Mentors and develops junior staff * Works on special projects as needed, such as non-discrimination testing, design studies and financial management * Develops new business opportunities with...
