Specialist - Sales Support Position Responsibilites: Provides pre and/or post sale support for our internal D2D sales organization and their customers. Responsible for daily operations support of internal D2D sales channel of approximately 10 sales representatives and 1 sales manager. Acts as primary interface with back office (BSC) that implements orders sold by D2D sales representatives. Daily order entry monitoring of sales representatives activity in OneSource. Reviews OneSource cases to ensure timely/accurate entry of customer requests. Provides support to sales manager related to CA$H compensation system.
