CDS Technical Support SpecialistBcd Travel Corporate - Columbus, OHJob Summary The CDS Technical Support Specialist is responsible for satisfying customer expectations by insuring the data quality of reports, providing first line of support for data integrity issues. Provide recommendations, training, and documentation. Facilitate all CDS requests using an on-line Support Desk ticket tracking system. Assist other CDS areas, and communicate standards and best practices.
