The specification is as follows: Modify existing Joomla template to match JPG/PSD mock-up, including: - Change location of navigation menu. - Change location of logo. - Change background image on module headers. - Change background image on main header bar. - Remove search box and user tools link. - Add three new module positions. - Change width of "left" column module. - Change height of main header bar. - Change font and link colors to match new theme.
