Administrative and Accounting AssistantAccess College Foundation - Norfolk, VAThe ACCESS College Foundation is in search of an Administrative and Accounting Assistant to work under the direct supervision of the Director of Administrative and Financial Services and perform a variety of functions. Primary responsibilities include performing accounts payable and payroll functions, acting as clerk of the Board of Directors and managing the Foundations office. Other responsibilities include: receptionist, scheduling and clerical duties, maintaining selected computer databases and managing office supplies and equipment to ensure that office operations of the Foundation are managed in a professional, efficient and timely manner. Requires at least 5 years of experience as an administrative assistant, executive secretary, office manager or accounts payable clerk.
