Afternoon News and Public Affairs Host (Volunteer)
This is a great opportunity to flex your hosting and journalistic muscles for a growing radio station. The Afternoon Program host provides continuity during KBCS afternoon and evening programs (AARCs The Michael Eric Dyson Show, Pacifica Radios Democracy Now! and Hard Knock Radio, and local news programming), reads local morning newscasts, and operates/troubleshoots the automation system. Assists program and public affairs directors with production and operations as assigned.
This shift is from 2:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
