Director of PurchasingLennar - Tampa, FLThis position will supervise and coordinate the activities of the Purchasing Manager, Purchasing Coordinator, and Expeditor. Will also be responsible for bid packages (to include scopes of work, material take-offs, insurance requirements, and plans.) Award contracts to building partners based on bid review prepared by Purchasing Manager and in consultation with Director of Construction. This person will also be responsible for all monthly job cost reviews for all communities and for reviewing and negotiating price changes to labor and/or material contracts.
