Perform payroll audits for Workers' Safety and Compensation in multiple counties; responsible for organizing and scheduling assigned audits; reviews employer records to determine if an employer correctly reports their payroll on the joint quarterly report forms and correctly paid contributions and premium for a given time period; collects past due workers' compensation premiums and past due quarterly or monthly reports; documentation and preparing case paperwork for legal action and representing the Division in small claims court; conducting seminars, handling special assignments from administrator and the state office.
