AnalystWachovia Corp - Charlotte, NCRESPONSIBILITIES: This position will serve as a Staffing Coordinator to the Vertical Applications Support (VAS) department. Responsibilities include using information from multiple sources to analyze the following: call center trends, including call volumes, call patterns, staff productivity, staff attendance patterns, attrition rates and resource allocation. Ensure customer service needs are met by collaborating with department leaders and key partners to plan and adjust staffing in a timely manner. Will be required to create processes that will be used for capacity and/or resource planning within the VAS sites. Uses analysis to forecast call arrivals and build staffing and scheduling plans to meet business unit goals and objectives. Decision requests by staff for time away (PTO, etc).
