ITIL Service Desk / Salesforce.com SupportCSI (consultant Specialist Inc.) - Houston, TXThe Incident Coordinator/Service Desk function provides the primary customer interface for the reporting of Incidents and manages their end to end life-cycle ensuring customer satisfaction and SLA compliance.
