The Staff Accountant will be responsible for reviewing the general ledger accounts and making corrections to journal entries. He or she will perform account analysis and reconciliation, including bank statements and inter-company general ledger accounts. Maintaining the chart of accounts (and all sub accounts) within the general ledger is an imperative part of this role. The Staff Accountant will also assist with month end close, ensuring assets are accounted for properly, and posting monthly, quarterly, and yearly accruals.
