Federal Tax Manager job in Clifton, NJ

  * Manage and review the consolidated federal income tax returns, extensions, and estimated taxes * Assist with IRS audit of the consolidated Federal income tax return * Prepare and/or review the quarterly and annual Federal income tax provisions * Assist with Federal FIN48 reserve compliance * Assist with Federal income tax research and planning projects * Assist with Sarbanes-Oxley compliance * Manage a tax staff of three or more * Big 4 accounting firm or large corporation experience a plus * Proficiency with CorpTax compliance software a plus * Proficiency with TaxStream tax provision software a plus * Strong project leadership abilities * Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, and CCH or RIA tax on-line research tools * Strong oral and written communication skills * Strong organizational...
