Sr. Tax Analyst
Our client, a leader in their industry, is seeking a Senior Tax Accountant. Key responsibilities will include preparing federal, state, and local income tax returns including quarterly estimates and extensions. This person will be preparing quarterly and annual FAS109 tax provisions including tax basis balance sheets in accordance with company policies and SOX. This person will also be ensuring compliance with government regulations and taxing authorities. This individual will communicate with business unit personnel to obtain information necessary to prepare the tax filings; assist in training lighter staff in all areas of tax compliance including software; assist with tax accounts, utilization of NOL (Net Operating Loss), and tax basis in subsidiaries; and respond to federal and state...
