This position will manage a team responsible to develop and implement ?the bank?s Government Contract and 3rd Party Service Provider Compliance program. This will require defining and assessing risks associated with key government contract compliance matters on such issues as record keeping, employee training, workplace safety, and the supervision of subcontractors or consultants. S/he will develop criteria to ascertain Key 3rd Party Service Providers, determine elements of a Compliance/Ethics program to be applied to those Providers, identify gaps in the Provider contracts and assist Lines of Businesses with prioritizing additional requirements for contract renegotiations.
