POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES At least 20% of time must be used for the following functions: 1.Assigning patient care activities to professional and non-professional personnel. 2.Supervising and evaluating work performance. 3.Interpreting responsibilities and SNF policies to therapy personnel. 4.Assures the execution of doctors orders. 5.Oversees the maintenance of the therapy records (medical, personnel, accounting, billing, etc.) 6.Assures the availability of supplies and equipment.
