Labor and Employment Relations AttorneyARAMARK - Philadelphia, PAReporting to the Vice President, Employment Relations, the Labor and Employment Relations Attorney will provide technical legal expertise, guidance and counseling to the Employment Relations department and Human Resources community on all federal, state, and local Wage and Hour, Employment, and Labor laws, including but not limited to, ADA, ADEA, Affirmative Action, EEO, FLSA, FMLA, IRCA, OWBPA, NLRA, and Sarbanes-Oxley matters.
