Director of Surgical Services needed for a large hospital located southeast of Albuquerque, New Mexico. Reports to the CNO. The Director provides leadership through planning, organizing, coordinating, monitoring and evaluating all functions of the OR. Responsibilities include fiscal, human resource, risk management, operational functions, strategic planning, program development, and marketing for a Full Service Operating Room. RN with Bachelor's degree and previous OR management experience required. Masters in nursing or related field preferred.
