Legal CoordinatorSony Pictures Entertainment - Culver City, CAThis position will report to a Senior Vice President and an Assistant General Counsel in the Labor Relations Department. Duties include: Answering and screening phone calls Organizing and maintaining employment and litigation files Scheduling meetings and maintaining attorneys calendars Maintaining, updating and distributing employment matters status reports Preparing and revising spreadsheets and presentations Organizing and tracking outside counsel bills for all Labor Relations matters, including coordinating process for obtaining approval of bills by the responsible attorneys, and following up with outside counsel, the Director of Legal Operations, and Accounts Payable as necessary Creating reports regarding Labor Relations matters and outstanding bills as needed Assisting in gathering...
