  RESPONSIBILITIES: Communicate international trade document status to both internal/external customers on behalf of the back office processing staff. Maintain communication record of all customer interactions. Liaison between back office processing staff and customer. Dispatch international trade documents as appropriate. Data entry into international trade operations processing system. Indexing and imaging of inbound documents to back office processing site. Organize and prioritize workload as necessary to ensure that all transactions are processed with a 24 hour standard. Provide exceptional customer service and respond to all customer inquiries/correspondence within 24 hours. Handle all work in progress inquiries related to international trade documents.
