Attending PathologistNew York University School of Medicine - New York, NYThe position is full time on the Clinical Educator track. Clinical responsibilities are located at Bellevue Hospital, where the specialized Obstetric and Gynecologic Pathology Laboratory handles approximately 11,000 ob-gyn cases annually and the general surgical pathology lab handles approximately 10,500 cases. Fellowship training in surgical pathology, or a surgical pathology sub-specialty is required. Expertise in an organ system such as Respiratory, GI or GU is desirable. The position responsibility would be mainly in non-gyn general surgical pathology, although some rotation in Ob-Gyn pathology can be arranged. The candidate should have strong diagnostic skills with an interest in education and clinical research.
