  A leading edge industrial distributor of filtration products is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual to lead our Credit Department. A minimum of 7 years in credit field and 3 years as a supervisor/manager is required. Experience with ECOutlook, Xign and IBM environment a plus. In this role, you will be responsible for: · Improving cash collections resulting in lower DSO, · Reducing in delinquencies using a soft collection approach that will retain customer’s future business, · Analyzing and resolving invoice discrepancies and disputes, · Directing, motivating and developing skills of staff · Communicating findings to Senior Management Team to develop strategic response and implement changes.
