• Sales / Business Development Specialist

  1. Develop relationships with all nephrologists in the market and create profiles which include their market share, hospital / dialysis facility affiliations and key physician referral sources.2. Work with DaVita Medical Directors and key attending nephrologists to improve their ESRD referral base and practice growth using specific marketing initiatives.3. Establish relationships with local market primary care physicians and other potential physician referral sources. Communicate the DaVita message and promote DaVita Nephrologists and Facilities.4. Build hospital relationships. Provides hospital outreach on an ongoing basis to develop relationships with key hospital employees who can influence referrals to our facilities and to monitor the acute dialysis business.5.
