Assistant Supervisor, Accounts PayableJones Apparel Group - Bristol, PAJones Apparel Group is currently looking for an Assistant Supervisor for Accounts Payable. The Assistant Supervisor will supervise and manage the workflow of all AP Clerks assigned to the Assistant Supervisor and ensure invoices are properly coded and approved as well as ensuring that all proper steps are taken for checks to be processed in a timely manner. This position will handle basic AP processing questions, training, retraining, hiring and replacing staff as needed. The Assistant Supervisor is cross trained to assist the Supervisor in day to day processing of workflow as well as back up Supervisor in absence.
