Bookings & Planning CommitteeTeens Express - Clinton, MDVolunteers on this committee will work with the Program director. Committee members will be responsible for finding and planning 14 venues/performances for our youth (ages 10-17) to perform throughout the summer. Responsibilities will include working with other committee members to visit/asses prospective venues and, then contacting prospective agencies, churches, organization?s and other prospects. Responsibilities also include planning events to assure that each event is conducted successfully, also following up calls, e-mailing or snail mailing promotional materials to interested parties, and administering the organization?s contract to those willing to book Teens Express youth performers.
