The Lending Manager is responsible for leading a bank/mortgage geography as assigned. The Lending Manager is responsible for executing on the strategic business plan to promote and market the firm's mortgage products to clients, team members and partners inside and outside the branch footprint; attain mortgage lending goals; generate profit and manage and grow a team of Loan Officers.
