COLLECTOR IPrimary Financial Services - Phoenix, AZCOLLECTOR I Responsible for contacting debtors by phone or automatic dialer, to collect on outstanding bills in compliance with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). Duties and responsibilities may include talking to debtors, leaving messages, maintaining files in compliance with company and client work standards. Must develop an in-depth knowledge of all company policies/procedures and federal/state collection laws. No experience needed in collections, however prior incoming or outbound phone work (customer service or sales) is preferred. Must have basic working knowledge of computers.
