Employee Relations/Grievance CoordinatorHeadway Corporate Resources - Raleigh, NCThis position will be responsible for fielding all grievance calls, investigating and documenting the grievances, and providing remedies to issues for a population of temporary employees. The candidate must have a strong understanding of employment law to include discrimination, harassment, compensation, and retaliation. Workers' Compensation experience helpful but not required. Candidates must agree to background check and drug screen. This position is a temporary position that will last through the March time frame.
