Clinical Lab Scientist-LeadLoma Linda University - Loma Linda, CA- Bachelors Degree Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) Job Summary: Directs the moment-to-moment operation of the preanalytic or analytic area(s) of the Medical Laboratory. Maintains adherence to all regulatory, quality, and compliance policies, and standard operating procedures (i.e. SOP). Performs the duties of their direct report staff, as required. Serves as a preceptor/mentor to students, residents, and staff. Performs other duties as needed. Job Specifications: Bachelor's degree required. California Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) license required. Prefer CLS (NCA) or MT (ASCP) additionally. Minimum of 4 or more years relevant experience in high complexity laboratory.
