GovTrip is a self service end-to-end electronic travel service for the Federal Government. Responsibilities include performing the implementation process for a Federal agency, defining business rules, loading traveler profiles, establishing organizations and groups in GovTrip. Duties also include eliciting requirements and issues from the customer, testing changes to the software and keeping the customer agency informed on the progress of the implementation.
