Business Analyst IIL-3 Communications Holdings - Anaheim, CAUnder general supervision, assists in maintaining program budget baseline and reports to Program Management Office (PMO) and Cost Account Managers (CAMs). Provides assistance to more senior level Business Analysts in the completion of program budgeting and analysis. Provides support on program matters pertaining to cost, invoicing, and contract finance controls. Assists in monitoring and reporting on manpower hour expenditures to help ensure budget targets are met. Assists with labor planning and analyzing staffing statistics.
