Director of Discipleship and Family Ministries job at Akron First United Methodist Church in Akron, NY

The Director of Discipleship and Family Ministries serves on the ministry staff alongside the pastor and other staff members to further the mission of the Akron First United Methodist Church. The position outlined below requires a high level of organization and planning abilities with prior ministry experience being preferred. This position will require 4 days a week in the office plus 1-2 evenings a week and Sunday mornings. This staff person will be directly supervised by the Lead Pastor and accountable to the Staff Parish Relations Committee. 1. Youth (15 hours): a.
