Litigation Paralegals The Litigation Paralegal will be directly assisting attorneys in the litigation process of the foreclosure. Organize documents and coordinate document productions. Conduct various document searches and factual research. Prepare witness and matter materials for case preparation. Prepare for and attend depositions. Motion practice. Court filings. Act as liaison among various internal departments as well as with outside agencies. Prepare for and attend trials. Qualifications 2-3+ years of Paralegal experience Need to have high volume, high paced experience to succeed in this environment. High volume foreclosure experience is preferred. LPS software experience preferred...
