This person must have hands on experience building Cisco Switches Out of the box and loading the IOS and CAT/OS. The LAN - WAN engineer will have to configure switches as well as be able to perform high level design in a large production environment. SSA has over 6000 switches in the network, constantly being upgraded and replaced due to product end of life and new IOS versions.
