Chester, VAStart Date: 4/14/2008 WorHours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Job summary: Prepare structural design layouts, drawings, design changes (E.O.s), estimates, proposals, presentations and status reports. Investigate Liaison and MRB problem reports and provide appropriate engineering dispositions and repair designs. Participate in design reviews to assure that design configurations meet fit, function and structural integrity requirements for overall vehicle/subsystems. Interface with internal/external customers as required. Maintain state-of-the-art skills in structural design and provide assistance to subordinate engineering personnel. Extensive CADAM and CATIA (or equivalent) experience required. Heavy transport experience a plus. Occasional travel required. Education requires: B.S. in Engineering or equivalent...
