Payroll Supervisor
Responsible for supervising all payroll activities. Establishes policies,
maintains master files, reviews payrolls and processes feeds between
systems.
Establishes income and deduction codes.
Maintains
employee master files.
Supervises the activation of payroll cycles and review
payroll prior to posting.
Creates and tests new accrual processes as
needed.
Performs reconciliations between systems.
Experience Requirements:
Experience: Three-plus years of payroll experience, with at least one year
of supervisory experience preferred. Excellent computer, interpersonal, and oral
and written communication skills required. Computer skills include a working
knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Education: Associates
Degree or equivalent related work experience.
