Consumer CollectorAccountpros - Middle River, MDWe are seeking a professional, experienced and tenacious individual to join our team as a Consumer Collector. Within this role, the collector will be responsible for making daily calls to consumers regarding their debt, negotiating payment plans, managing the aging report and other special projects. To be effective within this role, this individual must have had experience in a call center environment, possess excellent communication skills, have a tenacious attitude, and display excellent customer service skills while being able to persuade individuals to pay their debt.
